Commitment to Buy: By completing the checkout and payment process, you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the selected items. You are responsible for reading the full item listing and description before making a commitment to buy.

Pricing & Corrections: All prices for products and services are listed on our website. We reserve the right to change prices at any time and to correct any pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

Taxes: Additional information about pricing and applicable sales tax is available on the checkout and payments page.

Shipping Policy

Fulfillment: In-stock items typically ship within 24 to 48 hours of order receipt.

Domestic Shipping: We ship to the lower 48 US States via UPS. Shipments to Puerto Rico and Alaska are routed via USPS.

International Shipping: For international orders, please contact us via email for a custom shipping quote before placing your order.

Booster Packs & Boxes: All orders containing Booster Boxes or extra Booster Packs will be shipped using UPS Ground.

Carton Orders: Ordering a full carton (18 Booster Boxes) guarantees you will receive all applicable promotional items from that case, including playmats and case toppers. These will also ship via UPS Ground.

Cancellation Policy

Standard Cancellations: Orders can be canceled free of charge as long as the product has not yet shipped.

Refused Shipments: If your order has already shipped and you no longer want the item, please refuse the delivery. Once the unopened package is returned to our facility, we will refund your purchase minus the original shipping fees.

Pre-Orders and Special Orders

Pre-Orders: Pre-orders may be canceled without penalty before the stated pre-order deadline. Any pre-orders canceled after the due date will incur a 10% cancellation fee.

Special Orders: If you contact us to source a specific item not listed on our website, this is considered a Special Order. Once an agreement is made and the order is paid for, Special Orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Return and Refund Policy

You have 14 days upon receipt of an item to request a return.

Store Errors: If a return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent), Underworld TCG & Collectibles will take full responsibility for all replacement and shipping costs. Please contact us to make arrangements for the correct product to be sent and the mistaken product to be returned. You are also entitled to a full refund if preferred.

Condition of Returned Goods: All merchandise must be returned in the exact same condition as it was sent. If the product has been opened, altered, or tampered with in any way, the return will be rejected.

Restocking Fee: All standard returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

PayPal Orders: Please be aware that PayPal does not refund credit card processing fees. If you paid using PayPal and request a refund (including pre-order cancellations or standard returns), your refund will be minus the standard 3.1% PayPal processing fee, in addition to any applicable restocking or cancellation fees.

Intellectual Property & Copyright

Third-Party Ownership: We do not claim ownership of the images, logos, graphics, or related Intellectual Property Rights featured on our products or promotional materials. These are the exclusive property of their respective Anime Publishers and @Bushiroad.

Fair Use: Images used on this site are for descriptive and retail purposes and fall under the “Fair Use” Copyright Disclaimer (Section 107 of the Copyright Act of 1976).
